every year i long for this day to come. the long awaited birthday bash of the nation finally came. haha i'll go into the details later. i'll talk about my outing with 408 babes first. :)
we met at -it was supposed to be- one at orchard. thankfully i was on time. literally. i reached on the dot. haha but before that i thought i was going to be late. so i quickly msged junnie to make a secret deal with her that i wont need to treat her if i was late. haha. :P while waiting for junnie we were entertained by eunice, who went crazy trying to act out stuff like hibiscus and coconut trees. i shan't go into the details. haha but she was really crazy.
then, we went to do what we were best at. that is, pigging out. we went to seoul garden and polished off dunno how many plates of chicken, beef and a mountain of yong tau foo stuff. i can't belief our appitites. sometimes i think the guys that i know are just lousy. haha. then, after we were satisfied, or shld i say the others were satisfied, we decided to leave. i'm ashamed to say i still felt like eating the ice kachang and chocolate ice cream after that cos i still wasn't full!! (can you believe that.)
after the pig out session i decided to go home to catch the national day parade on tv. :) imma patriotic citizen. :) and i'm proud to be one. haha. i love the pre-parade part. the marching contingents, the parachutees coming down, the f-16 figther jets flying past. lalala. EVERYTHING. but sadly i cant see anything from my window anymore. if i've cursed the condo once, i've cursed it a thousand times. the stupid (sorry must bold, italics and underline to show how irrtating it is :P) condo, which is under construction, blocks almost the whole view of my window. i could previously see practically everything happening at the national stadium. now i can only see a sliver of things through the gap between 2 of the condo blocks. so all i saw live was 1 or two parachutees coming down and 1 fighter jet flying away. how pathetic. nvm i'm still happy. :)
to make up for my loss, my parents decided to bring me to the block beside the mrt station so that i can have a clear view of the fireworks. :) that hdb block is 30 storeys high, mind you. i thought we were being kiasu by going to another block to catch the fireworks. to my surprise, i saw a huge crowd waiting for the lifts to get up the block to catch a glimspe of the fireworks. there was even this extended family who came from god knows where to watch the fireworks. gosh. to think i was patriotic.
when i finally made my way up to the 30th storey, the common corridor was already half full. people were armed with cameras on tripods to catch the prettiest picture of the fireworks. u would have thought there was this 'most beutiful fireworks picture' contest if you were there. so now it was on to waiting for that betiful moment to come. patience baby. :) so to while the time away, i msged yanmin to ask if he was watching the fireworks. and pity he wasn't. continue waiting. and waiting.
then, suddenly, the sky lighted up. WHEE!! the fireworks started! :) there were some coming from the top of the stadium and some coming from the side of the stadium. (i guess it depends on where you watched it from, haha cos i think on tv it all looks like it came from one place) the ones from the stadium were the prettiest. :) fan-shaped, synchronized, just plain beautiful. :) there were 2 rounds of it. and after everything was over, i was still yearning for more. thus i'm hoping my dad can bring me to watch more of it tmr. :))
I'm blogging! haha luckily the page loaded fast, or not i would have lost the urge to blog. Basically, lots of things happened in the past one year when i was too lazy to blog. even though i wanted to blog abt it, i think the memories will stay in my heart instead. those beautiful memories.
actually, i wanted to start blogging quite a long time ago, but was just too lazy to settle down and complete a post. i think its the blogger home page. it just turns me off. haha. anyway i realised that blogging might be the only way to improve the way i express myself, so i have decided to blog in a bid to improve my GP. i think very far right.
haha. these few days, many things happened. lets see. first was xinwei's birthday, along with carwashing, arcade playing, and things that happened today.
xinwei's birthday cum car washing cum arcade playing was FUN. Imagine us slogging together for hours trying to get pple to let u wash their car, then splashing people with water after our shift till we got caught by the police; it all got us really bonded together. haha then we went up to the arcade to play games. it was extremely entertaining to see my classmates getting ultra worked up by air hockey and rapid river (the stupid paddling game). and i'm sorry to say but my classmate dancing para para was..nauseating. i nearly died laughing and at the same time resisting the urge to turn and walk away. haha.
then came the interesting part. we decided to settle down in a food court cos, either everyone was hungry or we needed a place to settle down so someone could get the birthday cake. i believe it was the former. so while waiting for ben to get the cake for xinwei, we engaged in a really dumb game called 'rhythm game'. say it in chinese. it comes with funny lingo and weird actions. can u imagine 10 people sitting around a table saying funny stuff and doing weird actions while in full view of the public? but we still did it. THAT is what i call class spirit. :) i'm so proud of u guys 6c. :)
whatever happened today was even more embarrassing than what happened on xinwei's birthday. gosh. first i was greeted with jiawei doing my paddling actions. THANKS AH. i shan't elaborate about the videos, although i think ben and xinwei were the worst hit. haha. then we had this athena movie screening. they showed FD3. and i had the unfortunate honour of sitting beside ben. the show was as gruesome as ever, and i covered my eyes at the parts where i couldn't bear to watch when i saw it the first time. conclusion: i didn't get to see the gruesome parts or anything new. and ben had to rub it in by sharing my embarrassing moments with the other guys in my class. and i had them laughing over my back for the rest of the night. i just have such wonderful guys in my class. rahhhhh.
hmmm basically those are the most exciting things that happened in the past weekend. throw in today as well. i want more exciting things to happen. oh yes,

ok i'm now at gesps teacher's staff room using he hp laptop to blog. i have a sad life.
my comp chose to die on me when i had to register for e pae. smart. what kind of stupid comp so zun one. yeah so long story cut short, i'm here in this freezing staff room bloging after i registered for my pae.
hmm lets see. o levels finished i dunno how long ago. feels very long but i dun think its was too long ago. screwed up a few papers. shan't talk about it. lets hope i can go to e jc of my choice come next feb. haha
what happened next. pengyouzai's birthday. nothing to talk about. skip. :) ahaha. ok just hope she din get a shock opening my present. risked my life to make it though ahaha.
ok then was class chalet. we had a hell of a time playing mahjong. more like honing prospective taitais. haha. managed to teach dear ruiyi n loser hooiwen to play. haix but it rained ike siao n secong day. den wasn't in e mood to go WWW. so we stayed at home for MORE mahjong whie daphne n xw went to play www. so....it was simply a mahjong camp haha.
oh yes still got e bbq in the night. haha had difficulty starting fire. fan e stupid fire until hands gonna break already. den zai sarah use e girl guides biscuit tin cover to fan until it broke into half. hahahahaha!! zai la so muscle.
er denytd went for lunch with parrot and family and friends to tanglin club. jaw drop. the food was like super filling i nearly died. oh but it was damn good. =) n loser wenqi. did loser stuff obviously. told her e soup was minestrone soup. parrot said mee-nis-tro-nee. wenqi was like huh? wats that. haha den we told her mines-trone den she understood. haha funny.
okok enough of loser stuff shall log off now. i think not allowed to use comp for so long. okies i'm off to red harry potter!

nothing much happened today. just felt like reviving m blog so came to post. lets see what i can say. the most exciting thing that happened today is the parade? and its not exactly exciting. so you can imagine how bored i m today.
this year's parade at padang so i cant see fireworks so i'm SAD. :( normally can see it and its right outside my window if its held at ational stadium. so i'm sad. haha. no chio chio fireworks. hmph.
tmr's huizhuang's birthday!! haha shall do some cheating later.
argh i'm extremely tired. have no reason why too. and i'm laging very badly on my studies. hopefully everything will turn out fine. argh my eyes are half the size of its normal size now so shall go do some cheating den go sleep. tata!! :)

argh i'm bored. tmr got national day celebration. i kinda miss sozzled. pls dun kill me butthe bands now are all lacking in something. dunno wad. n its weird to celebrate national day when half your class comes from china. sit there and read their clit book. gross.
is this long enough? haha. really dun have time to blog these days. too busy even to study. i have a sad life. cant even be guai. hehe but who says i'm guai? =P

Surprise surprise!I'm blogging! haha luckily the page loaded fast, or not i would have lost the urge to blog. Basically, lots of things happened in the past one year when i was too lazy to blog. even though i wanted to blog abt it, i think the memories will stay in my heart instead. those beautiful memories.
